Community Guidelines
Last updated 26 August 2026
Navaveza is a place for people to show their work and find someone to cut their
hair. These rules exist so it stays that.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Break
these rules and your content comes down; do it seriously or repeatedly and your
account goes with it.
Do not post
- Nudity or sexual content. Grooming and styling work is welcome; sexual
content is not.
- Violence, gore, or anything that glorifies harm.
- Hate. Nothing that attacks people over religion, caste, gender, sexuality,
disability, or where they are from.
- Harassment or bullying, including piling on, threats, or sharing someone's
private information.
- Anything illegal, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or content
that sexualises minors — which we report to the authorities, always.
- Other people's work passed off as yours.
- Spam, scams, fake reviews, or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Impersonation of another person or business.
Reviews
Review a shop you actually visited, describe what happened, and leave out
anything you would not say to the person's face. Shops must not write their own
reviews, pay for reviews, or pressure customers into changing one.
Messages
Say what you need to say and leave people alone when they are done. Anyone can
block you, and blocked means blocked.
Reporting
Every post, reel, comment and profile can be reported from the ⋯ menu. Reports
reach a human. We look at every one within 24 hours, and we act on the ones that
break these rules.
You can also block any account from its profile, which stops them seeing your
content or messaging you.
What happens when you break the rules
Depending on what happened: the content comes down, or your account is
restricted, or it is closed. Serious cases — anything involving children, credible
threats, or fraud — are closed immediately and reported to the authorities.
If you think we got it wrong, write to grievance@navavezaoperations.com and a person will look again.
